1. Acceptance. By engaging Trafik Solutions for any service, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree, do not proceed with any purchase or contract.
2. Services. Trafik Solutions provides web development, AI integration, and Telegram CRM services as agreed in individual project briefs. Scope is defined per project.
3. Payment. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery. All payments are non-refundable after project start unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to all deliverables. Trafik Solutions retains the right to display work in portfolio unless NDA is signed.
5. Revisions. Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions are billed separately.
6. Limitation of Liability. Trafik Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products.
7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

Data We Collect. When you contact us or fill out a form, we collect your name, phone number, and message. This data is transmitted directly to our Telegram channel and is not stored on third-party servers.
How We Use It. Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing without explicit consent.
AI Integrations. Conversations with AI assistants on client sites may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI). No personally identifiable information is retained by these services beyond the session.
Cookies. This website uses minimal tracking. No advertising cookies are used. Session data may be stored locally in your browser.
Your Rights. You may request deletion of your contact data at any time by contacting hello@trafik.solutions.

Deposit. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once development has started. It covers initial design, planning, and resource allocation.
Before Start. If you cancel before development begins (within 48 hours of payment), a full refund is issued minus any processing fees.
During Development. No refunds are issued once active development is underway. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Delivery Guarantee. If Trafik Solutions fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund.
Crypto Payments. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are issued in USDT at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction.

Default confidentiality. All project details, business logic, and client information shared with Trafik Solutions are treated as confidential by default.
Portfolio rights. By default, Trafik Solutions may feature completed work in our portfolio. If you require portfolio exclusion, request an NDA before project start.
Formal NDA. A bilateral NDA document is available upon request for clients requiring legal confidentiality agreements. Contact hello@trafik.solutions.
Third-party access. We do not share your business information, code, or content with any third parties without explicit written consent.
Duration. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the project agreement for a period of 2 years.
